While this building is new, our presence in Troy is not. Momentum has served individuals and families in this community for over five years, and this new location allows us to deepen that commitment with more space, more providers, and more availability.

Located on North County road, our stand-alone building is simple to locate and offers convenient access for clients. Parking is available behind the building, with handicap-accessible parking in the front.
