Morgan Stiffler, MSW, LISW, Troy

My passion is working with others with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and life stressors, among other issues, in a confidential and safe environment. My goal is to advocate for clients and support them through their mental health journey.
I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Master's in social work focusing on school social work in 2019. I received my supervisor's endorsement in 2023. I have experience working with foster children, school-aged children, teens, and adults. I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ communities and suicide awareness. I currently see clients ages 5+.
When a client comes to see me, I meet them where they are in working with the current issues they have at hand and assist them with building a plan that works best for them. In therapy, I use an eclectic approach, meaning I use multiple types of interventions and strategies to help them build skills to meet their needs. I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based approaches, aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and basic healthy coping skills, among many others. In addition to therapy, I also provide parental guidance to parents that may have behavioral issues for younger children.
I look forward to working with you!
