Outpatient Therapist - Lima (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC)
- We are looking for several dedicated clinician who are passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges through evidence-based therapy. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work within a team that prioritizes both client care and clinician well-being. Pay is based on license level and experience.

- Qualifications
- Licensed in Ohio as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a client-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in mental health practice.
