Therapist - Celina Office

We are looking for a therapist to join our Celina team - someone who is kindhearted, open-minded, drama-hating, and team-oriented. • Qualifications

  • Licensed in Ohio as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW

  • Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a client-centered approach.

  • Ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in mental health practice.

• What We Offer

  • W2 position with competitive pay on a per-billable-hour structure

  • Pay range $40 - 50 per billable hour

We’re proud to offer internship opportunities for master’s-level students in counseling and social work programs who are looking to complete their clinical hours in a dynamic and supportive private practice setting. Our internship program provides excellent supervision from experienced, licensed clinicians, along with the flexibility to create a schedule that works with your academic and personal commitments. Best of all—it’s a paid internship, because we believe your time and energy deserve to be valued.
