Kelly Gross, LISW, Van Wert, Lima

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in therapeutic settings, supporting both adults and children through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I have dedicated much of my career to working with children, supporting them in understanding and managing their emotions, building resilience, and recognizing their strengths.

As a solution-focused and client-centered clinician, I prioritize collaboration, respect, and individualized care in every therapeutic relationship. To meet each client’s unique needs, I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. My work is centered on helping clients build self-awareness, cultivate self-confidence, and develop effective strategies for managing stress and emotions in a grounded and intentional way.

I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their experiences and move forward with clarity and purpose. For those who find faith to be an essential part of their healing process, I am happy to integrate Christian values into therapy sessions, creating a space that honors both emotional and spiritual well-being. Whether working with children, adults, or families, I am committed to helping my clients recognize challenges, identify strengths, and build meaningful paths that lead to growth, resilience, and lasting change. Let’s take the next steps together toward healing and transformation, building a future defined by strength and possibility.
