If you or your child are feeling overwhelmed by emotions, stress, or life changes, therapy can be a supportive place to better understand what’s going on and learn healthy ways to move forward. I work with both children and adults, helping them make sense of their emotions, build resilience, and recognize the strengths they already have.

With over 20 years of experience in therapeutic settings, I bring a steady, compassionate, and practical approach to care. My work has largely focused on supporting children, guiding them as they learn to manage big feelings, build confidence, and develop skills that support long term emotional health. I take a client centered and solution focused approach, emphasizing collaboration, respect, and care that is tailored to each individual’s needs.

I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness practices, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma focused interventions to help clients build self-awareness, manage stress, and navigate challenges in a grounded and intentional way. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and move forward with clarity and purpose. For those who wish, I am also open to thoughtfully integrating Christian values into therapy, honoring both emotional and spiritual well-being as part of the healing process.
