It is my goal to create a safe and inviting place for my clients to feel welcomed, as well as accepted and heard. I love being able to form strong connections with my clients and watch them grow within their therapeutic journey. I am invested in my clients well being and will do whatever I can as a therapist to help them meet their goals, as well as support them in anyway I can. I love being able to be a part of my clients journeys and watch them flourish , as well as be there for them during the hard times and try to help them overcome their troubles.

I have been providing mental health and substance use, as well as school-based counseling services in the Sidney area for about 3 years now. I work with a wide variety of populations across multiple stages of life. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in social work in 2019 and my Master’s degree in social work in 2020 from The Ohio State University. I have been a licensed social worker since 2019 and am close to obtaining my LISW. I have a wide variety of trainings that range from trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy to motivational interviewing , as well as many others. I have experience working in multi system teams to help best meet the needs of my clients.

I am excited to start my new journey at momentum and to be able to continue providing services to the Sidney area.
