Ashley Place, LSW, Wapakoneta & Celina

Hello! My name is Ashley Place, and I’m a therapist serving in the Wapakoneta and Celina communities. I specialize in working with children, teens, and families, drawing on over a decade of experience as a licensed classroom teacher and three years as a school-based therapist and Success Skills Coach. This unique background allows me to understand the challenges young people face both in and out of school. Because I continue to work within the school system, my therapy sessions are only available in the evening and Saturday mornings.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your child is struggling. Whether you're navigating concerns related to anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, school-related stress, or relationship challenges, I’m here to support your family with compassion and care.

In our work together, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where children feel seen and heard, and where parents feel empowered, not judged. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and focused on building emotional skills and practical tools your family can use every day.
