"As a mental health therapist, I find deep fulfillment in supporting teens and adults on their journey of self-exploration and growth. I work with individuals ages 13 and up, and I have a particular passion for helping those navigating mood disorders, anxiety, and ADHD. In our work together, I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their emotions and develop practical tools for lasting change.

I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based approach that emphasizes distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. While DBT often informs my work, I understand that each person’s experience is unique.
