I am a mental health professional and social worker with almost three years of experience assisting people in working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive place where you feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what you’re going through.
I am Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) basic-trained, which means I help clients process past experiences that may still be affecting their thoughts, emotions, or daily life. EMDR can be helpful if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or triggered by certain memories. I am also DBT-informed and use skills that focus on managing strong emotions, coping with stress, and improving communication and relationships.
My approach is person-centered, meaning therapy is guided by your goals and moves at your pace. We work together to better understand your experiences, build helpful coping skills, and create meaningful change. I strive to provide a calm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and respected.
I am committed to offering compassionate care and supporting you throughout your healing journey.
