I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in education. I have been helping adults, children, and family units as a professional in community systems since 2003. I have experience with individuals and groups of people seeking to make real change in their lives. I specialize in Person-centered modalities, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Interpersonal therapy, Dialectical behavior therapy, and Solution focused brief therapy.

I have experience with relational issues, school issues, coping skills, building support systems, ADHD, mood disorders, and trauma informed care. 

I will support your needs and meet you where you are to make progress that fits with your goals.

I have masters degrees in education from Ashland University and clinical mental health counseling from Union Institute and University of Cincinnati.
