Hello, my name is Jenny. I am passionate about helping individuals discover hope and healing, no matter where they are in life's journey. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe every person has unique strengths, and I enjoy helping clients build on those strengths as they work toward their goals.

My background includes working with adults experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in both inpatient and community settings. I have experience supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, and other personal challenges. I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach while meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them in their healing journey.

I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work degree at Cleveland State University and am honored to continue growing as a clinician under supervision at Momentum Counseling. Asking for help is a brave first step, and I look forward to partnering with you as you move toward greater hope, wellness, and resilience.
